At Desktop Art Creator, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-performance hardware and peripherals. If your purchase doesn't meet your creative needs, you can return or exchange eligible electronics within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the electronic components in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and protective inserts to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are completely covered.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition and serial numbers, we will process your refund or ship your exchange unit within 3-5 business days.
